Revival Development Group is a vertically integrated engineering, real estate, and development firm. We handle every phase in-house: deal sourcing, site analysis, permitting, construction management, and operations. Nothing gets lost between disciplines. We also bring an established network of architects, contractors, and tradespeople, so projects move without the friction of starting from scratch.

We specialize in character-rich sites: waterfront properties, historic structures, and overlooked urban corridors. We have the technical depth to unlock their full potential and the vision to build something worth returning to.
